Flooded detail | Tracy Salvage was born in New York City. Her paintings and works
on paper have been featured in one-person and group exhibitions at museums, universities, cultural centers, and corporate offices in the United States, including: The Berkshire Museum, Pittsfield, Massachusetts; The Hudson River Museum, Yonkers, New York; the Bakehouse Arts Complex Gallery, Miami Florida; the Albany Institute
of History and Art, Albany, New York.
Ms. Salvage is the recipient of various awards, grants, and artist residencies.
The artist was awarded the Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University, and thereafter studied two years at The Art Students League in New York City, where she was awarded a merit scholarship. Additionally, Ms Salvage was awarded the Master of Fine Arts
degree from the University at Albany, State University of New York. |
